What are the shipping times for your products?

We take 1-3 business days to process your order, and then delivery takes between 9 and 15 business days.

Our offices are located in the United Kingdom. Our international warehouses are located in Asia to ensure the best prices and products.

Do you provide product tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped. If you haven't received it after 5 days, please contact us at support@etendro.com.

Some items are missing from my order, what happens?

Our products may be shipped separately depending on your order. If it contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the email address: support@etendro.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as quickly as possible.
